Refund and Cancellation Policy
Subscription cancellation policy. We do not provide refunds once a subscription has started; see conditions below for limited refund cases.
Upbooks™ reserves the right to refuse/cancel any subscription. Upbooks™ at its sole discretion may cancel any subscription(s):
- If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
- If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
- For any reason outside the control of the Upbooks™ including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:
- a) In case, the buyer cancels the subscription online before the subscription has been started, the entire subscription amount will be refunded within 7 days.
- b) However, the subscription once started cannot be refunded in any case. But it can be cancelled before next subscription renewal.
- c) You will not be able to download any data post cancellation of your subscription.
- d) In case of failed transactions or double realization of account for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded within 7 days.
- e) In case of cancelled subscription/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the buyer, if any, is likely to be forfeited at the discretion of your bank or payment method.
- f) Upbooks™ offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds in the buyers card/account. It solely depends on your bank / card provider.
